72nd Padvidaan-2026
Gujarat Vidyapith is pleased to announce its 72nd Padvidaan Ceremony.
The University is deeply honoured to welcome Shri Amit Shah, Hon'ble Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Government of India, as the Chief Guest of the ceremony.
The event will be presided over by Acharya Devvrat, Hon'ble Governor of Gujarat & Chancellor of Gujarat Vidyapith, who will confer the degrees.

🕔 Padvidaan Ceremony : 04:30 PM onwards
📍 Venue : Pranjivan Vidyarthi Bhavan, Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad.

Time: 01:00 PM
All students who have applied for the degree and are attending the convocation in person must report to their respective faculty registration desks at the above venue and time. Further instructions will be given thereafter.
Attire for Degree Holders:
- For Male Students: White Pajama or dhoti, kurta (Khadi)
- For Female Students: Plain White Saree and white blouse (Khadi)
Each student must offer two hanks of khadi yarns per degree at the time of registration.
