Post Graduate in Computer Hardware and Networking (PGDCHN)
The One year (Two Semester) full time PGDCHN is foundation course aimed at imparting technique and temperament required by the computer professionals. To accomplish this objectives, we are given them an intensive and comprehensive training in IT filed. A silent feature of the PGDCHN Programmed is a one-month Industrial project. This allows the students to fine-tune their skills for the carrier ahead. The programme have been receiving active cooperation from some leading organizations. Often the project trainees are offered jobs by the host institutions upon successful completion of their project.
Application: The candidate must apply for admission on the prescribed form which can be obtained from the office. Application forms are available during the month of April/May from the office.
Eligibility: PGDCHN is One year full time post-graduate course. A Graduate with 45% with Second Class is eligible for PGDCHN entrance test. Those, whose last year's result is awaited even they can apply but they must fulfilled above-mentioned eligibility conditions before a certain specified date.
Selection Procedure: The applicants for admission are called for objective type admission test. The Admission test will contain questions related to Basic Computer in English. Those are qualified in the entrance test will be invited for personal interview. Admission will be decided based on the merit of entrance exam and personal interview. The selection procedure is carried out during the month of June.
Intake : 15 Students
Attendance : Minimum requirement of attendance is 80% of working days.
Passing Standards : Minimum 40% marks requiring in each subject (in internal
as well as external examination).
Certificate in Computer Hardware & Network Technology (CCHNT)
The Six Month Part time CCHNT is foundation course aimed at imparting technique and temperament required by the computer Network professionals. To accomplish this objectives, we are given them an intensive and comprehensive training in Computer Networking filed. The programme has been receiving active cooperation from some leading organizations by offering jobs to students.
Application: The candidate must apply for admission on the prescribed form which can be obtained from the office. Application forms are available during the month of May/June and Nov/Dec from the office.
Eligibility: CCHNT is Six Month Part time Certificate course. A 12th Pass/Fail and CCNHT or Knowledge of Computer Hardware is eligible for CCNHT entrance test. Those, whose last year's result is awaited even they can apply but they must fulfilled above-mentioned eligibility conditions before a certain specified date.
Selection Procedure: The applicants for admission are called for objective type admission test. The Admission test will contain questions related to Basic Computer and Computer Fundamentals and Computer Hardware in English. Those are qualified in the entrance test will be invited for personal interview. Admission will be decided based on the merit of entrance exam and personal interview. Certificate in Solar Photovoltic Technician (CSPT)
The three month part-time CSPT is foundation course aimed at imparting technique and temperament required by the Solar Photovoltic professionals. To accomplish this objectives, we are given them an intensive and comprehensive training in Solar PV maintenance and installation. The programme has been receiving active cooperation from some leading organizations by offering jobs to students.
Application: The candidate must apply for admission on the prescribed form which can be obtained from the office. Application forms are available during the month of January and July from the USIC Department.
Eligibility: Certificate in Solar Photovoltic Technician (CSPT) is three month Part time Certificate course. A 10th Pass/Fail is eligible.
